Jenefer Rainnie – Managing
Director
Jenefer joined Webscribe Ltd in January 2001 as Business
Development Manager before becoming MD in 2006.
She brought with her experience in many areas including
business management, sales, marketing and customer
service. She strongly believes that
all who come into contact with her team should
experience a high standard of service and strives to ensure that
Webscribe Ltd is best placed to meet the needs of
publishers and subscribers both now and in the future.

John Rainnie – Owner/Director
As a computer system and networks consultant in the early 1980’s,
John was charged with finding a quality subscription
fulfilment bureau on behalf of a client. With his experience
in database management and customer service, he set up the
bureau himself and has never looked back. Handing over the
reins of Managing Director to his daughter, Jenefer,
John now concentrates on the development of Webscribe's
software and online
technology.

Ann Cunningham – Technical Support
Ann has been working in subscription fulfilment for the last
14 years and her accumulated knowledge of the industry is
comprehensive. Over the years, she has been an integral part
of the development and maintenance of our bespoke subscription
management software and our online presence.

Jane Thomas – Subscription
Marketing
Jane joined Webscribe Ltd in 2003 and her instinctive
understanding of subscriber needs and expectations is
invaluable to our publishers. She has CIM qualifications and
assists our clients with all aspects of their marketing
campaigns.
