M25
Come off at Junction 20 and follow signs to Aylesbury on
the A41. Come off at the third exit, marked Bourne
End and Berkhamsted then follow the signs to Berkhamsted
going through the village of Bourne End. On
approach to Berkhamsted you will see two brick walls
either side of the road; immediately after these take
1st right into Bullbeggars Lane. Following the
road round to the right and over the canal bridge
(hump-backed bridge). Immediately after the bridge
on the left is a blue gate – this is Lismere House.
From M1
Follow the A414 dual carriage way into Hemel Hempstead
(there are active speed cameras on this road) you will
get onto the Hemel Hempstead ‘Magic’ Roundabout
(five small roundabouts around one large roundabout –
you can go rounds in both directions/treat each
roundabout as one on its own). Follow the signs to
Bourne End/Berkhamsted A4521 (signposted to the Railway
Station). Keep on the A4521 and follow the signs
to Berkhamsted going through the village of Bourne
End. On
approach to Berkhamsted you will see two brick walls
either side of the road; immediately after these take

A41 from Aylesbury
Come off the A41 at the junction marked Bourne
End/Berkhamsted (5th exit) and follow the
signs to Berkhamsted. Go through Bourne End and on
approach to Berkhamsted you will see two brick walls
either side of the road; immediately after these take
1st right into Bullbeggars Lane. Following the
road round to the right and over the canal bridge
(hump-backed bridge). Immediately after the bridge
on the left is a blue gate – this is Lismere House.
Please follow the
driveway down to the house. Webscribe’s
office is situated in the stable annex of Lismere House
on the far side of the house (green double doors).
