About Us

Starting life as a family business, Webscribe Ltd has grown from being a fulfilment department dedicated to just two railway magazines to having complete subscription responsibility for over 30 titles. In addition, we have clients that use us for controlled circulation management, mailing fulfilment and BACS Bureau services.

From the start, we have brought the opportunities of new technology and latest practices to independent publishers. Under our umbrella, our smaller publishers have access to services that are seemingly out of reach including a highly developed online interface for their subscribers, Direct Debit and significant postal discounts. For our larger publishers, we have successfully complimented their existing structure, integrating seamlessly as their public face of subscriptions.

Based in Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire, we moved into our purpose-built offices in May 2006. From our rural location, we enjoy good transport links around the country and we have been able to forge relationships with like-minded local suppliers that enhance our service.

The company remains family-run, keeping our service both professional and relaxed at the same time. We keep a strong hold on traditional customer service whilst embracing modern methods and innovations.
