About SubCARE

As a publisher, it is important to you to have a strong subscriber base and the subsequent benefits it can offer. The SubCARE subscription fulfilment service takes total care of your subscribers and provides the basis to maximise subscription revenue.

SubCARE Mission Statement:

A complete department at every level, taking responsibility for all aspects of subscriptions fulfilment and management with the confidence and trust of our publishers and their subscribers.

SubCARE is both a complete fulfilment operation and ideally placed to assist publishers with subscriptions marketing, direct mail and reader analysis.

The functions detailed below cover the subscription process from beginning to end and are carried out by a fulfilment team with vast experience in subscription management.

Incoming Orders - orders for new and renewed subscription can be taken by telephone, post, via mysubcare.com and via your website. Orders can be accompanied with a variety of payment methods and we also raise pro-forma invoices and receipts on request. Acknowledgements are sent as standard with Internet orders and we provide for special offers, promotional incentives, and free, controlled and gift subscriptions.

Order processing - online orders are sent to our database continuously 24 hours a day. Postal and telephone orders are entered manually, usually within the same day but never longer than the next day.

Back-Issue and Merchandise Fulfilment - incoming orders can be taken online, by post or by telephone and this service includes picking, packing and dispatching.

Ongoing Subscription Management - during the course of the subscription, we will deal with any queries or problems that may arise. We understand the importance of acting on behalf of the publisher and our customer service team is trained to deal with subscriber's requests promptly, politely and effectively.

Renewals - our standard renewals program is made up of three notices - the first is sent with one issue remaining, second on expiry and third on lapsed. Email renewals can be sent to any subscriber with email information. This process is automated so that subscribers are contacted without fail.

Despatch and Mailing - single issue subscription copies are sent either by ourselves or by our preferred mailing house depending on quantities. We also have the facilities for special packaging or multi-copies.

Auditing - we are able to provide the required ABC and BPA Auditing information on request.

Publisher Information and Reports - all our SubCARE customers are sent standard month end reports along with an analysis based on our experience of the magazine and its subscribers. We can also report on special offers, rates, promotions and yearly trends.  All reports can be adapted to suit your needs.

Subscription Marketing - we have a number of ways to help you gain more subscribers and renewals but each publication is different and we are always trying out new ideas and strategies. One of our main sources of new subscribers is the Internet however we can also run tele-renewal campaigns, controlled circulation and reader registration programs as well as blanket and controlled direct mailing. We also provide for subscriber research either by telephone or by inserts within the issue, collating and analysing the data on your behalf.
